- Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing.
Conduct oral health assessments and review patients’ medical histories.
Take and develop dental X-rays as needed.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment maintenance.
Apply fluoride treatments and sealants where appropriate.
Assist the dentist during exams or procedures when required.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and charting.
Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols.
