Description: We are looking for a Clinical Pathologist to join our healthcare team. As a Clinical Pathologist, you will play a critical role in diagnosing and monitoring diseases by analyzing laboratory results and collaborating with other medical professionals. Your expertise in interpreting complex medical data will directly impact patient care and treatment plans. This position requires a deep understanding of pathology, laboratory techniques, and medical diagnostics. You will work closely with physicians, laboratory technicians, and other healthcare staff to ensure accurate and timely results. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of medical practice. In this role, you will also contribute to the development of new diagnostic methods and participate in quality assurance programs to enhance laboratory operations.

Responsibilities:

Analyze laboratory samples to diagnose diseases and medical conditions.
Collaborate with physicians to interpret test results and recommend treatments.
Oversee laboratory operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Develop and implement new diagnostic techniques and procedures.
Participate in quality assurance and control programs to maintain high standards.
Provide guidance and training to laboratory staff and medical students.

Requirements: Medical degree (MD or DO) with specialization in pathology.
Board certification in clinical pathology.
Valid medical license to practice.
