Description: A CCTV engineer, also known as a CCTV technician or security engineer, is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of CCTV systems, ensuring they function efficiently for security purposes in both commercial and residential settings.

Requirements: Responsible for Structured Cabling, Camera installations and configurations CCTV.
To provide Security, CCTV and associated telecom/networking infrastructure designs and specifications to relevant standards
To install CCTV cameras, access control devices as per security designs,
Configure devices and evaluate signal quality and performance with computers, networks and software.
Install various CCTV camera types both Analog & Digital IP systems
Install & Program DVR Recording Units
Knowledge of the following technologies: CCTV, IP video, Intelligent Video, video storage & archiving, command/control display technologies and general Security system principles and practices.
